Incredible Antique Multi-Stone Brooch....HUGE!#

This is one impressive brooch, the type you would expect to see in a jewelry box of a wealthy European in the early 1900's or at least on the cover of a vintage jewelry book. We are talking substantial. This vintage beauty is 3 1/2" by 2 3/4" and constructed in layers so the dome of the brooch is 1/2" high giving it an even larger appearance! The marquis-cut stones are over 1/2" and represent every color of the rainbow. There is red, green, purple, blue, gold, pink, & light blue, a total of 17 pronged stones including the oversized amethyst in the center. The metal work is unbelievable and of exquisite workmanship. This is a weighty brooch and has a rich antique gold patina. It has been well-protected and is in amazing condition. Remember, this is probably around 75 years old! You will do flips when you see this once-in-a-lifetime brooch. I promise it will be the star of your collection.
