Gorgeous Celtic Art Deco Style Brooch With Stones....Signed#

This is an impressive vintage celtic brooch which contains what I believe is lapis and other semi-precious stones in its design, but I am not certain. There are six heavy cut glass or semi-precious stones in a deco setting. An amethyst, emerald and saphire crystal stone are included in the detail. The metal is very rich looking, a bronze type finish that I am not familiar with but is in mint condition. This piece is old, however, and is signed on a plaque on the back with six letters or symbols. It doesn't appear to be English. Brooch was acquired outside the United States.
